Pain is one of the most common symptoms in all types of arthritis. Living with pain can be difficult, and it can be hard to find things that can help. Join pain and osteoarthritis researcher Doctor Felicity Braithwaite for this webinar, all about pain and practical things that can help you manage it.

We were also joined by two people with lived experience of osteoarthritis and who have been working with Dr Braithwaite – Peter and Ian. Peter was a participant in one of Dr. Braithwaite’s clinical trials, and then walked the Camino trail (320 kilometres) while having osteoarthritis in both of his knees. Ian is based in the UK and is also known as “Mr Cookfulness” – he has used cooking healthy to overcome his challenges with arthritis pain and other chronic health conditions. Peter and Ian can talk about their own inspiring journeys with arthritis.
