We’re here to help. Living with arthritis or caring for someone who has it can be challenging, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our free Arthritis Infoline provides expert support, up-to-date information, and practical strategies to help you manage arthritis with confidence.

How do I get in touch? 

Our information line is available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and is staffed by our trained health care nurses who can answer most of your questions about living with or caring for someone with arthritis.

Our trained healthcare professionals can help you to:

Understand your arthritis – Provide clear, reliable information to help you navigate your arthritis journey

Live well with arthritis – Advice on symptom management, daily living strategies and more

Find local resources – Local councils, healthcare providers, and community services

Understand self-management strategies – Information on physical activity, healthy eating, pain management, wellbeing and more.

We provide support and information over the phone or via email. We can also post resources to you free of charge.
